Terms & Conditions

Altivy Learning is Altivy's training platform for aviation-training organisations ("organisations"), developed and operated for Altivy by Unicloud Limited (www.unicloud.co.nz). These Terms govern use of Altivy Learning and of every Altivy application that links to them. They are governed by the laws of New Zealand. How personal information is handled is set out in the Privacy Statement.

1. Licence

The organisation is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Altivy Learning for its own training operations for the duration of its subscription. The software, its design and all intellectual property remain the property of their owners; nothing in these Terms transfers them.

2. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to breach security or access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. Access is per named user; credentials must not be shared.

3. Organisation data & responsibilities

The organisation is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the training records it enters and for managing its own users' access and roles. The organisation must comply with the Privacy Act 2020 in respect of the personal information it controls, and remains responsible for its own record-keeping obligations under the Civil Aviation Rules; the platform is a tool for meeting them, not a substitute for them.

4. Availability & support

Unicloud Limited aims to provide a reliable service but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance may occur, during which sign-in may be suspended. Support is provided per the applicable agreement.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Altivy and Unicloud Limited is limited as set out in the applicable subscription agreement. Neither is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
